Job Description – Associate, Construction Lawyer
Due to ongoing growth, the firm has an immediate opening for an Associate, Construction Lawyer to join its team in Toronto. The successful candidate will assist clients with a variety of construction law matters.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage a broad construction law practice, including contract review and negotiation, RFP/RFQ matters, and bidding.
- Expand and support business/client development opportunities.
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge
- LL.B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent).
- Good standing with a Canadian Law Society.
- 5+ years of construction law experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and a pragmatic, business-focused outlook.
