Job Description – Corporate Partner
Due to their strategic plan of growth, our client is seeking Corporate Partners to join its Toronto team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners in corporate and other practice areas to foster strong client relationships globally.
- Participate in and support business development activities locally and globally.
- Work closely and mentor team members at all levels to help their professional development.
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge
- LL.B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent).
- Good standing with a Canadian Law Society.
- 10+ years of corporate experience.
- Strong leadership skills, sound judgement, and a passion for business law.
- A portable practice or demonstrated ability to build a practice is preferred.
