Job Description – Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer

 

RHE Law is seeking to selectively add a leading Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer to its growing team. The successful candidate will assist clients and their families in a broad range of high-end, complex personal injury matters. Offering top of market compensation and access to top-quality files, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work with one of the most respected personal injury firms in our market.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad and complex personal injury practice.
  • Expand and support business/client development opportunities.

 

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

  • LL.B. or J.D. degree (or equivalent).
  • Good standing with a Canadian Law Society.
  • 3-10 years of top-tier plaintiff injury law experience.
  • Exceptional work ethic and practice standards with a desire to work in a team-oriented practice.
  • Trial experience and substantive involvement with complex legal research matters.
